WASEDA ACADEMY CO.,LTD. has launched a collaboration with 6 popular Kodansha manga titles for advertising visuals for its summer course aimed at prospective examinees. The new visuals were released on the official website and social media on the same day and are also being rolled out at stations in the Tokyo metropolitan area.
The theme of the collaboration is “Someone who teaches you to give it your all.” Each character is accompanied by a message of encouragement reflecting the character’s speech patterns and outlook. Levi’s copy reads, “Choose the path you won’t regret. With your own hands.” Jinpachi Ego (絵心甚八) from Blue Lock is featured with the copy, “There are no walls. I’ll turn them all into doors.”
The web video is available on a dedicated website in 30-second and 6-second versions. It features characters from all 6 titles and conveys the message, “Someone who teaches you to give it your all.” Registration for the summer course opens on 8 May, and the course is open to students from the first grade of elementary school through the third grade of high school.
