The community activity centre “Daiwa Hall,” developed by Misato Town, Shimane Prefecture, has been completed. The site includes a permanent stage for kagura performances, with the facilities centred on a multipurpose hall accommodating around 200 people. This enables the area’s traditional performing arts and community activities to function from a single hub.
The facility also includes Japanese-style rooms, providing a space where local residents can gather and hold traditional events and other activities. The project forms part of the town’s development plan and is intended to revitalise the community.
