As UGC data assets for e-commerce sites in the generative AI era, the number of reviews and Q&A posts on sites using ZETA VOICE has surpassed 18 million. The total has increased by 1 million in approximately 6 months.
ZETA, a provider of generative AI solutions for enhancing customer experience, announced that the cumulative number of reviews, word-of-mouth posts and Q&A submissions through its “ZETA VOICE” review, word-of-mouth and Q&A feature had reached 18 million as of October 2026. The total increased by 1 million in approximately 6 months, expanding its UGC data assets.
UGC accumulates information that cannot be fully captured by product specifications alone, including actual purchasers’ impressions, specific use cases and questions. It is described as an important basis for AI to understand user intent and make product recommendations.
In addition to collecting and displaying reviews and Q&A through “ZETA VOICE,” ZETA plans to use UGC from product discovery through purchase decisions, including filtering and sorting functions and information exchange between staff and users. Historically, the cumulative total stood at 17 million at the end of April 2026 and surpassed 17.5 million in July. Reaching 18 million this time means that more than 1 million new posts were accumulated in approximately 6 months.
ZETA said it intends to use the strengths of products such as “ZETA SEARCH” to advance product discovery, comparison and recommendations in the era of agentic commerce.
UGC data is an important asset for e-commerce operators seeking to understand customer needs and improve the accuracy of search and recommendations. It is expected to provide a valuable foundation for purchasing experiences in the AI era.
