As part of BIOHEAL BOH’s new product launch in Japan, 2 products were introduced: the 3D Lifting Cleansing Oil and Cream-in-Bubble Serum, with JO1’s Ruki Shiroiwa (白岩瑠姫) appointed as ambassador. An early release on 1 October and nationwide rollout from 1 November were announced.
CJ Olive Young Japan, which handles the Japanese rollout of Korean skincare brand BIOHEAL BOH, held a new product launch event. It announced 2 Japan-exclusive products, Probioderm 3D Lifting Cleansing Oil (150 mL, ¥2,200) and Probioderm 3D Lifting Cream-in-Bubble Serum (110 mL, ¥2,750), with a nationwide rollout scheduled for 1 November. The early release will take place through Qoo10 on 1 October.
BIOHEAL BOH is CJ Olive Young’s private-label brand, developing products across skin and formulation research and seeking to build awareness in the Japanese market. The company also stated that it had established its Japanese subsidiary in 2024 and explained its policy of stepping up its business in Japan.
The Cleansing Oil is designed to begin firming and elasticity care during the cleansing process, while the Cream-in-Bubble Serum uses bubble delivery to carry its ingredients to the stratum corneum. Together, the products structure the proposed 3D Lifting line as a 3-step routine.
JO1’s Ruki Shiroiwa (白岩瑠姫) was appointed as the new ambassador, signaling a policy of accelerating the brand’s growth in the Japanese market. In a video, Shiroiwa commented that he found it refreshing to learn that daily cleansing can be the first step in skincare.
