Pasona Group Inc. will roll out Youth Palette career support nationwide for people in their 20s, providing continuous support from before they start work through employment. The service will provide opportunities for career development through planned-placement staffing.
Youth Palette, the new service launched by Pasona Group Inc., is designed for job seekers in their 20s and provides consistent support from the job-search stage through career development after employment. The service is scheduled to launch nationwide on 1 October. Against a backdrop of using internships and reducing future turnover risk, its core offerings will be one-to-one career counseling and upskilling support from dedicated career coaches.
Before employment, dedicated staff will help participants identify their strengths and values and develop a suitable career plan. During employment, the service will provide an educational programme using approximately 500 types of online courses. It will also support participants taking on challenges in fields where they have no prior experience and help them prepare for their next career choice.
As support before and after job referrals, the service will provide employment opportunities through planned-placement staffing, with a staffing period of up to 6 months. Following the staffing period, the expected process is a transition to direct employment if the company and job seeker agree. After employment, the service will continue to provide career counseling and training to support workplace retention.
