377A エージェントIGホールディングス revised its consolidated ordinary profit forecast for fiscal 2026 upward from the previous forecast of ¥180 million to ¥245 million. The second-half forecast was also significantly increased, with record profit expected for the first time in 5 periods.
エージェントIGホールディングス announced that it had revised its consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2026 upward by 36.1%, from the previous forecast of ¥180 million to ¥245 million. Profit growth is expected to expand significantly from the previous fiscal year, with a record profit forecast for the first time in 5 periods.
For the second half of the current fiscal year (July to December), the plan also exceeds the previous forecast, with consolidated ordinary profit expected to increase 5.6-fold to ¥79 million. The figure for the same period of the previous year was ¥190 million. The rate of decline is expected to narrow significantly.
The main reasons cited for the revision include new contracts at consolidated subsidiary Financial Japan Co., Ltd. progressing at a faster-than-planned pace in the domestic business, expected recognition of related fee income, and revenue allocations from local partnerships in the overseas U.S. business progressing above expectations.
At the same time, forecasts were presented for consolidated net sales, operating profit, ordinary profit and net income attributable to owners of the parent, all exceeding the previous forecasts.
