アプリックス announced that its subsidiary Smart Mobile Communications (SMC) will enter into a business alliance agreement with ジェイフロンティア in the online medical services sector.
The alliance will center on collaboration for SOKUYAKU Premium, which is intended to create new added value by combining the online medical consultation, medication guidance and medicine delivery functions provided by ジェイフロンティア's SOKUYAKU with SMC's communications services. SMC will handle customer-facing operations, including expanding sales through its agency network and collecting fees, while ジェイフロンティア will be responsible for service operations and customer inquiries.
The two companies plan to expand the scope of their alliance incrementally through further discussions. The timing and details of additional collaboration have not yet been determined.
