Kissei Pharmaceutical forecasts consolidated net income of ¥5.1 billion for April–September 2026, a downward revision of ¥2.3 billion from its previous forecast. Kissei Pharmaceutical forecast consolidated net income of ¥5.1 billion for April–September 2026, a downward revision of ¥2.3 billion from its previous forecast.
Revenue is expected to rise ¥700 million from the previous forecast to ¥45.5 billion, while operating income is expected to increase ¥1.1 billion to ¥1.6 billion. Sales of the uterine fibroid treatment Iserti and the overactive bladder treatment Beova, both launched in March 2026, contributed to the results.
A major factor was the recognition of assets related to the vasculitis treatment drug Tabneos as an extraordinary loss, in light of ongoing administrative proceedings including the revocation of its marketing approval.
