She said the team aims, within 3 years, to build an organization that can win, create reasons for people to come together, and establish a system for developing people, with the goal of competing in the championship in 3 years and contending for the title in 5 years.
富山グラウジーズ formally appointed Yoshida Tomomi (吉田朋美) as its new president following this month's annual shareholders meeting and announced the appointment after a resolution by an extraordinary board meeting. As background to her appointment, it was reported that Yoshida Tomomi (吉田朋美) had served as a director of 富山グラウジーズ since last year and, in addition to her activities as a singer, was involved in the manufacture and sale of goat cheese.
At a press conference, President Yoshida Tomomi (吉田朋美) identified 3 priorities under 3 pillars: competition, management, and cooperation with the local community. She said the first was building an organization that can win, the second creating reasons for people to come together, and the third establishing a system for developing people. She said the team aims to build, within 3 years, a structure capable of competing in the championship and, within 5 years, a team that can contend for the title.
It was reported that this season's home opener will be on the 3rd of next month at YKK AP ARENA, with Utsunomiya as the visiting team.
