At RISCON TOKYO 2026, ALINCO INCORPORATED and 3 other companies jointly exhibited a full-hybrid simultaneous broadcast system combining 260 MHz digital radio and IP lines. The proposed configuration uses both private and public networks to maintain information transmission during disasters.
At RISCON TOKYO 2026, ALINCO INCORPORATED, 株式会社, リズム, and 昭和通信工業 exhibited a system combining 260 MHz digital radio and IP lines. The configuration included outdoor public address equipment, individual household receivers, and an operator console.
The proposed full-hybrid disaster communications radio system is characterized by its aim of maintaining information transmission during disasters by securing multiple communication routes through the combined use of IP lines and private radio networks, rather than relying solely on conventional outdoor speakers.
An example using individual household receivers was also presented, with the intended purpose of supplementing information transmission when outdoor broadcasts are difficult to hear. A proposal to use a remote door-unlocking mechanism to support the opening of evacuation shelters was also introduced.
A policy was outlined to build redundancy into disaster information transmission as an information infrastructure covering individual household reception, IP communications, and shelter operations, rather than limiting it to broadcasting equipment alone.
