tripla raised its full-year consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending October 2026. Operating profit is expected to rise 98% year on year to ¥1.0 billion and net profit 53% to ¥766 million, marking a further upward revision following the one in June. Solid lodging demand was the backdrop.
tripla, which operates a reservation management system for lodging facilities, raised its full-year consolidated forecast for the fiscal year ending October 2026, increasing operating revenue to ¥3.608 billion from ¥3.501 billion and operating profit to ¥1.0 billion from ¥800 million. Net profit was also raised to ¥766 million from ¥602 million, with record-high profits expected for all three measures.
The upward revision reflects stronger-than-expected domestic lodging demand. Bookings for Golden Week and the summer holiday period from late May through July remained solid, driving growth in transaction value and GMV on the reservation engine above planned levels. Improved cost efficiency, including lower server costs, also contributed.
The increase in deposits held, accompanying a higher prepayment ratio, will also support earnings. Although the operating revenue plan for the second half was unchanged, it was raised after actual demand proved solid. Buying prevailed in the stock market after the announcement, and the shares renewed their year-to-date high.
The company remains focused primarily on lodging demand in Japan and continues to provide reservation management systems and lodging reservation engines. Its business is expanding against a backdrop of a recovery in inbound travel and resilient domestic tourism. The latest upward revision indicates that travel demand remains solid.
