The Tonarie Kurihama Park commercial complex in Yokosuka, Kanagawa Prefecture, will open on 28 November. The multi-use building will house Fresh Market TOP's first store in the prefecture, along with numerous other stores including a drugstore, fitness club and hair salon.
The Tonarie Kurihama Park commercial complex under development in Shinmeicho, Yokosuka, Kanagawa Prefecture, will consist of a multi-use building and a food-and-beverage building, with the multi-use building scheduled to open on 28 November. The site covers approximately 37,000 square metres, and the buildings will be single-storey steel-frame structures. The facility will have 534 car parking spaces and 328 bicycle parking spaces. It is approximately a 15-minute walk from the east exit of Keikyu Kurihama Station on the Keikyu Kurihama Line.
The multi-use building will house Fresh Market TOP's first store in Kanagawa Prefecture, along with stores including SUNDRUG, 24-hour fitness club FIT-EASY, QB HOUSE, a specialist buying store operated by Otakaraya, and others. The food-and-beverage building is scheduled to open in early January 2027, while Kohnan is scheduled to open in late December.
The facility is located at 58-7 Shinmeicho, Yokosuka, Kanagawa Prefecture. The multi-use building is scheduled to operate from 9:00 to 21:00, and the food-and-beverage building from 10:00 to 21:00, although hours may vary by store in each building.
