The acquisition-and-resale brand "BLOOMING REFINE (ブルーミング リファイン)" was launched in 2023. The company has been conducting sales activities under this brand since April this year, serving both newly built and existing homes. The brand name is linked to 東栄住宅's subdivision brand "BLOOMING GARDEN," with the aim of enhancing the value of detached houses built by 東栄住宅.
