The agreement covers these regions, and Italfarmaco will handle sales and distribution after approval is obtained.
In consideration under the agreement, JCRファーマ will receive an upfront payment, milestone payments, royalties and consideration for product supply. The upfront payment is reportedly already included in the current fiscal year's earnings forecast.
