チャコット, a subsidiary of ONWARD HOLDINGS CO.,LTD., has entered into a partnership with the Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP) and launched an initiative with London-based heritage ballet-shoe maker Freed of London to support the development of the next generation of dancers.
The partnership between YAGP, one of the world’s largest pre-professional ballet competitions, and チャコット and Freed of London will begin in the 2026-2027 season. The companies aim to create learning opportunities for dancers and enhance educational programs.
YAGP is an international scholarship competition designed to develop and support young dancers, and has attracted participants from around the world. チャコット has more than 75 years of history, while Freed of London, founded in 1929, is known for producing pointe shoes.
The initiative includes the creation of a new logo combining the names of both companies. Through events, digital content and product experiences, the companies will deepen engagement with the next generation of dancers, instructors and parents.
