アイティフォー established a corporate cybersecurity consultation desk on 2 November. It will provide comprehensive support based on three forms of assistance, including confirming whether damage has occurred and addressing concerns about countermeasures.
In response to the increase in cybersecurity-related enquiries, アイティフォー established a dedicated consultation desk for corporate clients. The desk will not be premised on proposing services. Its first priority will be to hear from companies that have suffered damage or are suspected of having suffered damage and connect them with the support they need.
The support is built around three pillars. The desk will provide guidance on checking the situation and taking initial measures even when suspicious activity has been detected but damage has not been confirmed. It will also provide “digital forensics services” and “incident containment services,” which offer rapid support with investigating and responding to incidents, identifying their causes and bringing them under control when damage has occurred.
For companies concerned about their own countermeasures, the company will conduct assessments through security risk assessments, as well as vulnerability assessments and penetration tests, to encourage a review of their measures. It will also propose protection frameworks using the latest technology, incorporating AI-powered threat detection and analysis.
In addition, through its Cybersecurity Academy, it will provide role-specific education and training exercises, from management to frontline personnel, to enhance security awareness and response capabilities across the organisation. The desk will also accept consultations before damage becomes apparent.
