アール・エス・シー announced a 5-year medium-term management plan in March 2026 and is pursuing a transition to a co-creation service model that leverages human resources, AI and DX to achieve its long-term vision. The company set revenue and profit targets for the final year and outlined a growth strategy combining investment and M&A.
In its review of the previous medium-term management plan, the company cited improving profitability, strengthening technological capabilities and enhancing the workplace environment as its basic strategies. It achieved various results, including establishing an area management structure in the Marunouchi area, expanding in the Saitama area and introducing security robots through a business alliance with Secom. At the same time, labor shortages and rising wages remained issues to be addressed going forward.
In its overview of the new medium-term plan, the company outlined a policy of pursuing service enhancement and growth investment using AI and robotics, centered on strengthening human capital and promoting DX, in order to realize its long-term vision of becoming a “co-creation social infrastructure company.” The use of advanced technologies to offset labor shortages amid continued large-scale facility development in central Tokyo will be a key focus.
The company identified three basic strategies: expanding and strengthening existing businesses, an M&A strategy, and DX investment centered on human capital investment and AI-based security. It aims to transition to a “co-creation service model” through collaboration with developers and DX suppliers.
For cash allocation, the company expects cumulative cash inflows of ¥4-5 billion over the 5-year period. It plans to allocate these funds to human capital investment, DX investment and M&A, while providing shareholder returns through a minimum dividend and a payout ratio of at least 30%. Its targets for the final year are revenue of ¥14 billion, operating profit of ¥700 million, ROE of at least 13% and ROIC of at least 10%.
