Tran Thanh, born in 1985, has been appointed General Director of ニンビンリン酸肥料株式会社. The appointment was formally approved under a board resolution dated 27 August 2026.
A ceremony was held on 3 September in the auditorium of ニンビンリン酸肥料株式会社 to announce and present the appointment of the new general director. The Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, board members and Nguyen Huu Tu, General Director of Vinachem, were among those attending. The ceremony announced the appointment of the new general director and included a presentation of bouquets.
The company's board disclosed that it had appointed Tran Thanh as General Director under Decision No. 1888/QD-HDQT dated 27 August 2026. Representing the board, the chair announced the appointment and expressed congratulations.
Tran Thanh was born in 1985 and holds a master's degree in business administration and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. Before the appointment, he had served in positions including Deputy General Director, board member and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee. A senior Vinachem official congratulated the appointee, saying that the appointment would contribute to achieving the company's strategic objectives.
In his speech following the appointment, he pledged to maintain operational discipline, optimise production, manage raw materials and fuel, improve quality, ensure occupational safety and environmental protection, and enhance management transparency through digitalisation. He stressed that the unity and initiative of all employees would be key to overcoming challenges.
