Techno Horizon announced that it had entered into a sales agency agreement with South Korea's Taewon System and would roll out the ELMO Emergency Response Solution, which supports digital transformation for disaster prevention and mitigation, in South Korea and overseas.
On 20 October 2026, Techno Horizon announced that it had entered into a sales agency agreement with South Korea's Taewon System Co., Ltd. for the ELMO Emergency Response Solution, which supports digital transformation for disaster prevention and mitigation. This enables the company to make a full-scale entry into the South Korean market and accelerate the development of safe and secure social infrastructure globally.
Founded in 2014, Taewon System is a comprehensive solutions company that has grown as an LG Electronics systems specialist. It focuses on developing AI-enabled automated control systems and has a domestic sales and support network with 4 locations. The ELMO Emergency Response Solution digitalises the collection, organisation and sharing of information during disasters and is provided as a system connecting headquarters with field operations. In Japan, it won the Grand Prize at the 11th Japan Resilience Award and has a track record of adoption in 83% of Japan's prefectures.
Its main product lineup includes the ELMO DX Table, DX Station and voice-recognition smart glasses. Through Taewon System's sales network, the solution will support more efficient disaster-prevention operations by local governments and companies in South Korea. Techno Horizon positions its South Korean rollout as a model case for taking its domestic track record overseas by combining its imaging, IT and robotics technologies.
Going forward, the development of solutions optimised for South Korea's disaster characteristics is expected through a combination of Taewon System's AI technology and local construction and maintenance expertise with Techno Horizon's hardware and software. Collaboration between companies in Japan and South Korea could become a pioneering example of digital transformation for disaster prevention in Asia.
