Sumitomo Forestry has added new functions to JUCORE Estimating, its cloud-based quotation software launched in 2023, centralizing the process from quotation requests through responses, preparation, document sharing and progress management.
The new functions reflect quotation information on both the requesting and receiving sides, reducing the effort and errors involved in transcription.
Information and progress can now be checked in real time through the system, reducing the need to confirm details by phone or email.
Cases that have exceeded their response deadlines are automatically marked, helping users identify delays at an early stage and clarify priorities.
The addition of these functions is also said to improve the accuracy of case management.
