Construction of 2 new buildings is expected to begin during fiscal 2026, and the company is considering expanding its ready-built vacation-home business to resort areas nationwide.

As its first project, it plans to begin selling a property in Karuizawa, Nagano Prefecture, from the 10th, at a price of around ¥600 million. It also indicated that construction of 2 buildings is expected to begin during fiscal 2026.
The interior design for the first property is expected to be handled by ML STYLING, a luxury interior design service operated by Hearst Fujingaho. Through such collaborations, the company is reportedly targeting high-rent properties and the vacation-home market. It is also considering expanding its ready-built business to resort areas nationwide.
