rakumo and AvePoint Japan Officially Launch New Workflow System for Microsoft 365

rakumo株式会社 and AvePoint Japan株式会社 have officially launched the electronic approval and workflow system “rakumo Workflow for Microsoft 365” for Microsoft 365 environments. This enables centralized management of internal approval procedures through a combination of 4 products, integrating the existing rakumo Calendar, rakumo Contact and rakumo Board. The system is designed to support the complex approval processes characteristic of Japanese companies, with intuitive operation and a feature for checking the progress of applications among its key features.

With the completion of the “rakumo Basic Pack,” workflow functionality has been added to rakumo Calendar, rakumo Contact and rakumo Board, enabling business support in Microsoft 365 environments to be centralized across all 4 products in the pack. This allows operations ranging from schedule management to internal decision-making to be integrated.

Features for Japanese companies include a design that streamlines internal approval requests and applications involving complex approval processes, enabling applications and approvals through intuitive operation. Users can view application progress and approval routes in a list, making it easier to identify points where processes are stalled.

As AI-powered and extended functionality, integration with Microsoft Entra ID and Teams, support for creating application templates, and an AI search function are scheduled to be rolled out in stages. These features are expected to further improve operational efficiency.

The pricing plan is ¥500 per user per month, excluding tax. rakumo Basic Pack for Microsoft 365 includes workflow, calendar, board and contact functions, and is available for ¥750 per month, excluding tax. These prices represent a 46% discount from the regular price.
