U-ZERO, which supports organisational transformation based on employee feedback, and LTS have signed a partnership agreement to jointly create a continuous cycle covering the visualisation of employee feedback, transformation implementation and embedding. The companies will establish a framework to support transformation from design through to embedding by leveraging AI-based analysis of the Voice of the Employee (VoE).
U-ZERO is an AI startup that supports employee engagement transformation. It has now entered into a partnership agreement with LTS, a consulting firm that supports business process transformation, establishing a framework for jointly driving the implementation and embedding of organisational transformation based on employee feedback. The agreement reflects the importance of not only visualising employee feedback, but also translating it into concrete measures for digital transformation and operational reform, and embedding those measures. The two companies aim to provide a cycle through which employee feedback is reflected in management decisions.
The collaboration will be based on a 5-stage process: collecting and visualising employee feedback, structuring issues and selecting priority themes, designing and implementing transformation actions, and validating results and embedding changes through the Voice of the Employee (VoE). The companies will promote organisational transformation that reflects conditions on the front lines. By combining LTS's execution capabilities with U-ZERO's VoE analysis, they will provide a mechanism that connects the understanding of employee feedback with the implementation of organisational transformation without gaps.
Going forward, the two companies will co-host webinars explaining how to use AI to collect and structure feedback from the front lines and organise management issues, as well as how to develop next-generation leaders and build organisations. The webinars will be held online over multiple days and offered free of charge to personnel responsible for cross-functional transformation initiatives and representatives of digital transformation divisions.
