L'atelier KOBE (L'atelier Kobe), the directly operated bakery and sweets shop of Seaside Hotel Maiko Villa Kobe, is reported to have grand-opened on 7 October 2026. The store has welcomed many customers since opening and offers bread, sweets, ice cream and frozen foods for home use.
The store's features include freshly baked bread and specialty breads such as danishes, melon pan and curry bread, seasonal cakes and baked goods, ice cream that brings out the flavor of its ingredients, and a frozen food series prepared by the hotel's chefs. The frozen food lineup includes beef curry, hashed beef, beef stew and authentic soups.
The announced temporary closure date is Monday, 26 October 2026. From November 2026, the store is scheduled to close every Monday. If Monday is a public holiday, the store will be open and the following Tuesday will be observed as the substitute closing day.
