Going forward, the province will continue supporting existing projects while shifting toward investment promotion targeting investors with strong financial resources, technical capabilities and management experience. Departments will work together to identify the causes of delays and shorten application processing times. Delays in infrastructure development and information updates were also identified as challenges, and the province will promote improvements to land, industrial-zone infrastructure, transport networks, wastewater treatment and production support services. Priority sectors will include processing and manufacturing, high technology, energy, logistics, tourism and high-tech agriculture. Projects will be selected based on their potential to improve the capital implementation rate and contribute to long-term socioeconomic development.
