アスエネ has launched ASUENE DPP, a new feature supporting the EU's Digital Product Passport (DPP). It provides centralized management from data collection and verification through LCA/CFP calculations, DPP generation, and publication.
アスエネ株式会社 announced that it has added ASUENE DPP, a DPP-support function, to its AI sustainability integration platform, ASUENE. The service provides centralized support for collecting and verifying product, component, and raw-material data; calculating LCA/CFP; generating and publishing DPPs; and managing update histories. Its AI-powered data verification function detects missing data, deficiencies, and anomalous values to improve data quality. It is designed to support compliance with EU regulations for products including batteries, steel, aluminum, textiles, furniture, and construction products.
In the EU, the implementation of the ESPR and tighter battery regulations are accelerating the digital management of product information and the adoption of DPPs. As Japanese companies are increasingly required to address these requirements when selling and distributing products in the EU market, ASUENE DPP supports DPP compliance by integrating data from across the supply chain. Through structured product data management and data verification, ASUENE aims to help establish systems that meet regulatory requirements.
ASUENE DPP offers 12 functions, including DPP template management, product DPP information management, supplier data collection and BOM integration, AI-powered data verification, LCA and CFP calculations, data carrier management, DPP publication via QR codes, publication scope settings, DPP history management, tamper prevention, compliance assessment report generation, and integration with the EU DPP Registry. The company plans to expand the products and functions covered and further strengthen centralized management in line with regulatory requirements.
