Factory construction is accelerating in Ukraine’s industrial parks even during wartime, with total investment reaching approximately UAH 46 billion. The conditions for government support and the timing of future progress evaluations have also been announced.
Ukraine currently has more than 120 registered industrial parks, while active development of industrial infrastructure is limited to approximately 40. Construction of 37 factories was under way or complete as of the end of 2025, and the number is expected to rise to approximately 50 by the end of 2026.
Total investment had reached approximately UAH 46 billion as of early 2026, while the industrial real estate within the sites covered more than 1 million square meters. The combined capacity of substations in the industrial parks exceeded 300 megawatts.
The government has allocated approximately UAH 1 billion annually over 3 years for industrial infrastructure development. Support is conditional on co-financing, with the government covering 50% and recipients covering the remainder. Recipients’ applications will be reviewed annually, and the initial results are scheduled to be evaluated at the end of 2027.
