hokan, which provides the hokan customer and contract management system for insurance agencies, announced that it will adopt オプロ’s Soarask revenue management platform. The background to the implementation includes challenges in linking sales and billing data when using conventional spreadsheet software, as well as duplicate management and reliance on individual employees resulting from data being scattered across multiple systems.
Before implementing Soarask, hokan conducted a proof of concept (PoC) to verify whether it could manage the process end to end, from estimates through billing and accounting. It examined the scope of integration with its own systems, the incorporation of billing logic, and the feasibility of KPI reporting, and decided to proceed with full-scale implementation. Preparations are under way with the aim of beginning full-scale operations during 2027.
Soarask is a cloud platform for integrated management of revenue processes in subscription businesses. It centrally manages everything from sales opportunities through contracts, billing and revenue forecasting, and provides real-time visualization of KPIs such as MRR, ARR and churn rate. The objectives of this implementation are to centralize data, strengthen internal controls, and enable flexible aggregation and visualization of KPIs.
With the mission “make IT simple,” オプロ provides data optimization solutions and sales management solutions. Through the implementation of Soarask, it is advancing the development of hokan’s business data operations platform.
