Human Holdings Co.,Ltd. announced the launch of its internal Product Innovation Award program at the first awards ceremony, recognizing 3 initiatives from the education business, human resources business and information systems division for their frontline innovations. The awards focused mainly on quantitative results, including reductions in working hours.
Human Holdings Co.,Ltd. established the new internal Product Innovation Award program to recognize frontline initiatives and held the first awards ceremony on 10 October 2026. The program covers all businesses and operations across the group, with awards given to initiatives that fundamentally revised day-to-day business processes.
Of the 3 initiatives recognized in the first awards, the education business initiative, which served adult learners, reduced aggregation and research time by approximately 70% year on year, while the division head built a new AI-enabled workflow. Training focused on information was shifted from classroom-based instruction to practical application and the sharing of results. In the human resources business's systems development division, the processing period for large-scale development was shortened by approximately 40%, and standardized processes based on AI use were established. The group's information systems division automated operational checks during core system modifications using AI, reducing the workload equivalent to 10 days per function.
The awards are intended to improve productivity by recognizing frontline innovations and initiatives and extending them across the company. 1 of the 3 award-winning initiatives has already been rolled out to another division, and further expansion beyond the originating divisions and to other operations is planned.
