VeSync will launch the Kyushu Umamimon Recipe Book, made with a COSORI non-fryer. It introduces local dishes from Kyushu's 7 prefectures and includes recipes adapted for easy preparation at home.
The recipes make use of ingredients from Kyushu and specify the cooking procedures and temperature settings for the COSORI non-fryer. The book includes representative dishes such as toriten and karashi renkon from Oita Prefecture and ikinari dango from Kumamoto Prefecture, and is structured so that the recipes can also be made with commonly available ingredients.
The book is supervised by 5 chefs active mainly in Kyushu. It will be marketed as a recipe book compatible with COSORI non-fryer models and released as a 44-page full-colour booklet.
