POP MART International Group Limited revised down its revenue and EPS from market expectations in its latest interim results. The outlook for 2026 was also sharply reduced, prompting analysts to cut their target prices.
POP MART reported its latest interim results, with revenue of CNY 17.0 billion, 8.4% below analysts’ expectations, and statutory EPS of CNY 3.79, 13% below forecasts. This has made the environment more challenging for shareholders.
The latest consensus estimates put 2026 revenue at CNY 37.5 billion, representing an expected 7.3% decline from the previous year. EPS is forecast at CNY 8.15, down 19% year on year. Before the results were announced, revenue had been expected to reach CNY 42.7 billion and EPS CNY 10.43, but both estimates were sharply revised down following the results.
Analysts have uniformly cut their target prices, with the consensus now standing at HKD 184. At the same time, the most bullish estimate is HKD 399 and the most bearish is HKD 115, showing a wide dispersion in forecasts.
In light of these results, analysis of long-term earnings power and comparisons with peers are considered important, suggesting that investors should focus on the long-term earnings outlook rather than short-term share price movements.
