The “極味薬膳スープ 菜菜麻辣湯 Ikspiari store,” the brand’s first location in Chiba Prefecture, will open on 19 October 2026 at Ikspiari Kitchen, inside The Courtyard on the first floor of Ikspiari in Maihama. Located in a food court with 400 seats, the store will allow customers to freely choose their ingredients.
A new location of the Naina Malatang brand, its first in Chiba Prefecture, is scheduled to open at Ikspiari Kitchen in The Courtyard on the 1st floor of Ikspiari within Tokyo Disney Resort. The announced opening date is Monday, 19 October 2026.
The location will have 400 seats and will serve customers in the food court's shared seating area. More than 40 ingredients will be displayed in a case, allowing customers to choose their preferred ingredients by weight. The basic set combines medicinal soup and noodles and costs ¥690 (¥759 including tax), with ingredients charged according to weight.
The medicinal soup is made by simmering Chinese herbal ingredients and spices in a chicken broth base, combining a numbing heat with deep umami. Customers can choose from 3 flavours: medicinal soup, tantan soup and soy milk soup. The heat level ranges from 0 to 3, including 0.5.
Six types of noodles will be available: thin, flat and wide flat sweet-potato vermicelli, rice noodles, mung-bean vermicelli and sari noodles.
