Terex Corporation has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Keestrack. The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
Keestrack was founded in Belgium in 1988. It has a network of more than 70 distributors and supplies equipment to customers in more than 65 countries. Its products are used in the aggregates, recycling, construction and demolition sectors.
The acquisition is expected to expand Terex Materials Processing's crushing and screening portfolio and add manufacturing and sales capabilities. Keestrack will continue operating as an independent brand after the transaction closes.
Comments from the parties cited Keestrack's established products, manufacturing capabilities and distribution network as complementary additions, and indicated that the two companies are expected to increase collaboration going forward.
