An online seminar addressing common challenges faced by mid-sized manufacturers with SAP Cloud ERP will be held on 9 December. The demonstrations will cover MRP simulation, lot traceability, and examples of using the AI assistant Joule.
IPS, a company that provides SAP ERP implementation and operations support, announced that it will hold the online seminar “SAP Demo Seminar: Resolving Common Challenges for Mid-Sized Manufacturers with SAP Cloud ERP” on Wednesday, 9 December. The seminar will present SAP Cloud ERP solutions to challenges faced by mid-sized manufacturers, including responding to demand fluctuations, production-capacity bottlenecks, traceability, and understanding costs and profitability.
Using demonstrations of actual business screens, the seminar will introduce MRP simulation for validating assumptions about demand fluctuations, lot traceability enabling two-way tracking from raw materials through shipment, key points for cost management and profitability improvement through cost variance analysis, and use of the AI assistant Joule to support day-to-day operations.
The target audience is IT department staff and managers in the manufacturing industry. The seminar will be held online via Zoom, and participation is free.
