日テレHR’s strengths include a track record of introducing training programs at major companies, networks with corporate human resources departments, video production capabilities and specialized HR personnel. アクセスネクステージ has a nationwide network of universities and vocational schools, as well as expertise in supporting educational institutions and recruiting new graduates. By combining their resources, the companies aim to connect career education before employment with support for success after joining the workforce.
Specifically, they will pursue 4 initiatives: joint development of a new service providing end-to-end support from job hunting through post-employment success; mutual provision of creative content leveraging video production capabilities; collaboration between corporate training and new-graduate recruitment; and stronger engagement through employee benefits apps and AI solutions.
Going forward, the companies plan to roll out joint seminars and information sessions, along with the full-scale provision of joint services, in stages.
