Through joint proposals and stronger personnel and organizational capabilities in cloud, data utilization, CRM and generative AI, the companies will accelerate DX initiatives for Tsuzuki Denki’s 20,000 corporate customers, centered on AWS.
On 28 October 2026, Tsuzuki Denki entered into a business partnership agreement with Benjamin in the fields of cloud, data utilization, CRM and generative AI. The partnership aims to accelerate corporate DX initiatives by providing advanced engineering services centered on AWS to Tsuzuki Denki’s customer base of approximately 20,000 companies.
The partnership has three main pillars. First, the companies will develop joint proposals in cloud, data utilization and generative AI, forming teams to address customers’ white space. They will establish an integrated support structure covering everything from planning through operations, including the use of RAG and AI agents. Second, they will strengthen collaboration in the CRM field and jointly promote proposals for data analysis and utilization. Third, they will plan and develop joint offerings, with the aim of standardizing them and rolling them out across a broad range of industries.
The companies began business collaboration in April 2026 and have gained experience in developing data platforms and using generative AI. Through the formal partnership, they aim to accelerate implementation by combining Tsuzuki Denki’s customer base of approximately 20,000 companies with Benjamin’s advanced technologies. Under its medium-term management plan, “Trust & Challenge 2029,” Tsuzuki Denki has positioned the strengthening of IT platforms and business applications as a priority and plans to pursue AI-driven transformation of its own business processes.
