We spoke with 日本M&Aセンター about the establishment of its subsidiary and the career achievements of employees returning from parental leave. Four female managers, including Data Management Department Head Fujita Mai (藤田 舞), explain how opportunities to take on challenges are linked to organizational growth.
日本M&Aセンター established 日本DX人材センター within its group and appointed Fujita Mai (藤田 舞) as representative director. In addition to becoming a department head after returning from parental leave, she also serves as president of the subsidiary, linking organizational growth with opportunities for employees to take on challenges.
After joining the company as a new graduate in 2010, Fujita Mai (藤田 舞) led teams responsible for sales planning, promoting the use of SaaS tools, and building and operating the company-wide core DX project. In February 2024, she established 日本DX人材センター and became its representative director.
Takebayashi Yoshie (竹林 与史江) joined from Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and moved to 日本M&Aセンター in 2018. As head of the ISR Department, she mainly handles outbound calls to secure customer appointments in cooperation with the sales department. Including her previous role, she has worked in inside sales for around 15 years.
M&A is becoming more widely recognized and mainstream, creating more business opportunities. The work of Fujita (藤田) and Takebayashi (竹林), together with an organizational culture that gives employees opportunities to take on challenges when they raise their hands, highlights both the challenges and opportunities involved in future expansion.
