LegalOn Technologies will host the seminar “LegalOn Connect Singapore: Contracts & AI for Japanese Businesses in Singapore” for Japanese companies in Singapore on 19 November 2026. The event will use demonstrations to explain ASEAN regulatory trends and the use of AI.
Following the launch of Professional AI for Legal “LegalOn,” which uses AI to improve the efficiency of contract operations, in Singapore, LegalOn Technologies will host an event for the legal, procurement and business divisions of Japanese companies. The event will be held from 18:00 to 20:30 (local time) on Thursday, 19 November 2026, at One & Co (Twenty Anson #11-01) in Singapore. It will provide a practical view of how AI can be used through an overview of local regulatory trends and demonstrations of the current product.
The background to the event includes the launch of the company's fourth data centre in Singapore, following Japan, the United States and the EU; the full-scale expansion of its business in the APAC region; and the partnership with the Singapore Academy of Law announced in September.
Attorney Yamada Hiroki (山田広毅), an outside director of LegalOn Technologies and representative of Tokyo International Law Office, will discuss ASEAN regulatory trends and their implications for Japanese companies. Executive Officer Kawato Takashi (川戸崇志), Chief Revenue Strategy Officer of LegalOn APAC, will explain how “LegalOn” can be used in local legal operations, with examples of reviews of English- and Japanese-language contracts.
The event is intended for people involved in the legal, procurement and business divisions of Japanese companies based in Singapore. Registration is available through a link on the official website. A networking reception is also planned after the event.
