PCA CORPORATION has begun providing a plug-in that integrates PCA Arch Financial and Accounting with FUJIFILM IWpro. The integration digitizes paper supporting documents, enables storage compliant with the Electronic Books Preservation Act, and automates accounting operations through the creation of journal entries using digital data.
PCA CORPORATION announced that it will begin providing, from 30 September, a plug-in integrating its cloud-based PCA Arch Financial and Accounting service, which supports core business operations on a one-stop basis, with FUJIFILM IWpro, a cloud service provided by FUJIFILM Business Innovation. The integration enables paper invoices, receipts and other supporting documents to be converted into electronic files in IWpro and stored in compliance with the Electronic Books Preservation Act. It also automates and eliminates paper-based processes through the creation of accounting journal entries using PCA Arch Financial and Accounting’s digital data processing.
PCA Arch is cloud accounting software designed to share financial and accounting expertise, optimize human resources and digitize operations. It provides functions ranging from daily voucher entry to the preparation of ledgers, trial balances and financial statements, as well as approval-rights settings, management analysis and the output of various management reports. IWpro is a cloud service integrating automatic document intake and classification, data sharing, management and output, security and ease of use to support collaboration.
