Medical Care Service (Saitama) acquired all shares of You Can Life Partner, which operates the high-value-added paid senior home Elegario Kobe in Kobe, as of 30 September. Going forward, it will consider health-maintenance services for independent seniors.
Medical Care Service acquired all shares of Elegario Kobe as part of the Gakken Group's expansion of high-value-added facilities under its medium-term management plan. The seller was the Saitama-based company, and the acquisition was formally completed as of 30 September.
Elegario Kobe has 121 general-purpose rooms and 32 care rooms, as well as shared facilities including a panoramic sky lounge and a large public bath. Going forward, the company will consider services to support the health maintenance of independent seniors.
