Link and Motivation Inc. announced that it launched “Motivation Cloud Management,” a management-support service, in August. The cloud-based service functions as a hub connecting managers and team members, with AI providing autonomous support for management tasks.
Managers face two key challenges: a lack of time and insufficient skills. The service helps create time by supporting activities such as responding to consultations and providing feedback, while it supports skills development through management-development advice. The AI-powered support is designed to address these challenges.
In terms of market conditions, Japan’s management development market is estimated to be worth several hundred billion yen, with approximately 6.4 million managers. The company aims to capture growing demand for management support by leveraging its track record, including its proprietary “Motivation Engineering” technology.
As a medium- to long-term growth target, the company plans to increase operating profit to ¥15 billion in 2030, 3.5 times its current level, and ARR to ¥24 billion, triple the current level. The company also has a track record with “Motivation Cloud Entry Management,” a recruitment-support service, and aims to increase monthly revenue by expanding new services.
