Fan Communications has revised down its full-year forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2026 and decided to withdraw its medium-term plan, while setting a DOE of approximately 8% as the basis of its dividend policy. The company intends to continue its growth strategy, but is entering a phase in which implementation will take time.
Fan Communications revised down its full-year revenue forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2026 to ¥7,330 million and its operating profit forecast to ¥1,201 million. Its growth strategy, centered on influencers and affiliate marketing, remains in place as the foundation for its second founding phase.
The company resolved to withdraw its medium-term management plan, which had designated the fiscal year ending December 2027 as its final year, and instead indicated that it would continue pursuing its basic policy. In light of the ongoing investment phase and changes in the market environment, it will work to achieve profitability and strengthen its use of AI.
Cumulative first-half revenue came to ¥3,434 million, while operating profit was ¥489 million. The core CPA solutions business struggled due in part to reduced advertising budgets from major customers, while the strategic businesses maintained their growth and expanded recurring revenue.
The company also disclosed that Rayleigh had newly become a consolidated subsidiary. The focus going forward is expected to be on strengthening influencer marketing and integrating the use of AI.
