Nagatanien Holdings has adopted the AVANT Cruise management control system to enhance and accelerate group management following the MBO. By moving away from reliance on Excel and centralising budget, actual and forecast data, the company will expand its use of capital-efficiency metrics such as ROIC.
Nagatanien Holdings announced that it will adopt AVANT Cruise, the management control solution of the アバント Group. Following the completion of its MBO in 2024 and subsequent delisting, the company is seeking discontinuous growth and will use the system to establish an advanced, data-driven decision-making platform.
The primary reason for the adoption is the speed of implementation, with production launch in the consolidated reporting area expected in approximately 4 months, meeting the company's needs. Centralised management of budget, actual and forecast data will improve data accuracy and support the increasing complexity of its business portfolio. The system was also valued for its scalability, which will enable the use of capital-efficiency metrics such as ROIC. This will create an environment in which the corporate planning function can focus on analysis and strategy development.
Data-driven management is expected to accelerate across the food industry. Nagatanien Holdings plans to use AVANT Cruise to flexibly establish a range of business and management dimensions. For アバント, the implementation at a major Japanese company will also strengthen confidence in its CPM solutions.
