TOKYO BLOCKS PARK! 2026 will be held for 4 days from 4 to 7 November 2026, using the alleys in the Yaesu area near Tokyo Station as a temporary “symbol of the city.” Details have been announced of an initiative to transform the alleys into public spaces where visitors can stroll between food and other experiences.
Tokyo Tatemono will serve as the secretariat of the executive committee and hold the limited-time event “TOKYO BLOCKS PARK! 2026: Enjoying the Long Autumn Evenings at Alley Bars” for 4 days from 4 to 7 November 2026, using the alleys in the Tokyo Station and Yaesu areas. This will be the third time the event has been held, following events in 2025 and 2026.
The event will feature lighting decorations, lantern gates and mobile food stalls made from waste materials, known as “Traveling Food Stalls,” transforming the alleys into bright, open spaces while making use of their distinctive character. Low tables and standing counters will be installed to provide an environment where visitors can casually enjoy food and drinks from the businesses lining the alleys.
The participating partner companies are Toho Leo, ishau, SAMPO, scheme verge and businesses along the alleys. The Traveling Food Stalls will serve alcoholic beverages from local restaurants and introduce takeaway menus, encouraging visitors to explore the alleyways as a whole.
