A PoC has begun to identify opportunities to acquire properties before they come to market by combining WHERE's AI tool for real estate with data from リビン・テクノロジーズ. Valuation request activity is displayed on a 3 km square grid basis and cross-checked against changes in registration information.
WHERE, which uses satellite data, and リビン・テクノロジーズ, which operates the real estate multi-provider valuation site リビン・マッチ, have formed a partnership to develop a system for detecting intentions to sell in advance. The project is currently at the proof-of-concept (PoC) stage, with a view to developing it into a service in the future.
The PoC displays the status of valuation requests submitted to リビンマッチ on WHERE's system, using 3 km square grid cells. By cross-checking this information against changes in registration data, the project aims to facilitate approaches to properties that have not yet entered the market.
WHERE COO Nishimura Jin (西村仁) said he wants to create a world in which properties with rising selling intentions are marked so that the right timing can be identified. リビン・テクノロジーズ plans to make use of its accumulated data and envisages using data to build relationships over the medium to long term.
