At the same time, シーラ announced that it had acquired a site in Kaminarimon, Taito-ku, Tokyo, for a residential hotel development on 31 August 2026. The acquired site measures 177.42㎡, and the plan calls for a residential hotel with 12 floors above ground and a total floor area of 997.22㎡. The Kaminarimon area attracts many tourists.
