RAKUS and ROBOT PAYMENT have entered into a capital and business alliance. RAKUS will develop 楽楽債権管理, a receivables management system based on 請求管理ロボ and offered as an OEM product, with launch scheduled from December 2026 onward.
RAKUS and ROBOT PAYMENT have entered into a capital and business alliance and will pursue cooperation by leveraging their respective strengths in customer bases and cloud-based billing and receivables management. RAKUS acquired 3.10% of ROBOT PAYMENT's issued shares and has stated its intention to stabilize the companies' long-term business relationship. ROBOT PAYMENT provides a cloud service that automates a range of processes from billing issuance and payment processing through cash application and collection reminders, and the companies aim to expand their sales channels and increase adoption of their services.
The alliance has resulted in the decision to offer 楽楽債権管理, an OEM product. Based on the functions of 請求管理ロボ, 楽楽債権管理 integrates receivables management processes including payment processing, cash application and collection management, and will be packaged to meet the needs of RAKUS customers. The launch is scheduled for December 2026 onward. The companies have also stated that they will continue selling 楽楽債権管理Lite under that name from 2025.
The initial fee is ¥100,000, excluding tax, or ¥50,000, excluding tax, when used with 楽楽明細. The monthly fee starts at ¥20,000, excluding tax, and varies depending on the number of data records and selected options. The companies also plan to continue promoting cooperation through webinars, seminars, customer referrals and technical collaboration.
