SHOEI has announced the new Z-9 KABOOM graphic for its full-face Z-9 helmet. It will be available in 2 colors at a price of ¥85,800 including tax, with release scheduled for November 2026.
The new SHOEI Z-9 KABOOM, introduced as the successor to the popular Z-8, features a design that turns manga and anime onomatopoeia into illustrations, including an illustrated SHOEI logo. It is available in 2 colors, monochrome and colorful, and, like the models before and after it that use the same graphic design, pursues comfort while enhancing aerodynamic and ventilation performance.
The release is scheduled for November 2026, and the graphic models Z-9 DIGGIA ECHO and Z-9 BURNSIDE are also expected to be released around the same time. An air intake is positioned at the center, while improvements to basic functions such as Lift and Drag are carried over as features of the Z-9 series.
The tax-inclusive price is ¥85,800. The helmet is available in 6 sizes from XS (53cm) to XXL (63cm), with SHOEI Personal Fitting System (P.F.S.) services, including interior adjustment, available. 3D P.F.S. is excluded.
The color lineup consists of TC-5, in a black-and-white scheme, and TC-10, in a white-and-blue scheme. The same graphic is offered in either a monochrome or colorful treatment.
