The series aims to explain practical techniques for making full use of AI in everyday life and at work. Its background is the existence of cases in which the spread of generative AI has advanced, but instructions are insufficient. FLH has invited Kawai and plans to introduce specific ways to give instructions and use AI, taking into account the difficulties readers encounter when using AI in their daily lives and work.
The theme of the first installment is “How to Give Instructions to AI.” Based on the four elements in Google’s official guide, it explains a “four elements plus instructions” template. The four elements are goal, context, role and format, and the installment demonstrates how to add specific instructions through before-and-after examples.
