Multiple students were involved in its development, including Yuko Ajiki (阿食裕子) (Hitotsubashi University), who produced the rich pumpkin cream puff launched on 11/13 (Friday). Five others, including Aina Yamauchi (山内あいな) (J. F. Oberlin University) and Marina Sudo (須藤まりな) (Gakushuin University), participated in producing the crispy young sardine and hijiki salad, launched on 11/11 (Wednesday).
